End-User License Agreement
Appalachian Outfitters — TallySoft Daily Journal Poster. Effective date: August 17, 2026.
1. Scope
This Agreement governs the TallySoft Daily Journal Poster ("the App"), a private internal application developed and operated by Appalachian Outfitters for its own use. The App is not distributed, sold, or licensed to the public or to any third party.
2. License
The App is licensed for internal use by Appalachian Outfitters and its authorized staff only, for the sole purpose of posting daily accounting journal entries to Appalachian Outfitters' own QuickBooks Online company. No other use is granted.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with Appalachian Outfitters. Access to QuickBooks Online is provided under Intuit's applicable terms of service.
4. Acceptable Use
Authorized users will use the App only for its intended bookkeeping purpose and will not attempt to use it to access any company data other than Appalachian Outfitters' own.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Appalachian Outfitters is responsible for reviewing the entries the App produces.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is used at Appalachian Outfitters' own risk, and no liability is assumed for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
7. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App from within QuickBooks Online, which ends the App's authorization.
